The Spa City Lady Gang was founded  in 2021 by a group of adventurous ladies that love to have fun and ride bikes!

Weekly Wednesday night group mountain bike rides for ladies of all skill levels meet at Northwoods Waterworks Trailhead at 5:30PM.

Rides last about an hour and a half and are 5-8 miles. Helmets and a positive attitude are required! All women are welcome to ride with the Lady Gang.
